Allan McNish made a blog post late last week where he recounted the frustration of Petit Le Mans in his own words. As usual, Audi's legendary Scot shares plenty of insight into the experience. Below is the text. Below that are links to Allan's official website as well as our own photo gallery from Petit Le Mans. Enjoy.
Whether you're attending the race in Braselton, Georgia or planning to watch online via Audi TV, we find that there's no better and more accurate way to keep track of Audi Sport's endurance racing activities than with one of Andy Blackmore's Spotter Guides. Blackmore released his guide in time for race week and we're happy to report this latest ALMS guide includes Audi's fantastic R18 TDIs. We're also proud to report that
Audi Sport Team Joest and two of the R8 TDI squads are headed to Silverstone this weekend following the traditional motorsport summer break. Of course, a British round of the race is well on the radar of both AutoSport Magazine and Scottish Audi Sport factory driver Allan McNish. That in mind, the two have paired to create a quick tour of the Silverstone circuit with Allan at the wheel of Audi UK's R8 LMS demonstrator. Watch

The harder core of the motorsport fans on this site will recall with chagrin the distribution of the video feed from the 12 Hours of Sebring... or the lack thereof. Seems the folks at Audi are among that group because they've been quick to stream races ever since. Beginning with Le Mans and experienced just last week with the Nurburgring 24 Hours, those with a quick-enough connection have been able to watch the action via an Audi
The incredible feats of physical and mechanical endurance behind Audi’s decade-long dominance of the world-famous Le Mans 24-hour race have been brought vividly to life in a spectacular 3D film narrated by British racer Allan McNish.
Part of a new multi-million-pound campaign created for Audi UK by advertising agency BBH, the two and half minute film will be shown in traditional 2D and 3D formats, the latter marking a first for the Audi brand in the UK. It is intriguingly
With Spa now over, Audi Sport will focus on nothing but Le Mans from here until June. Audi TV has produced a short preview of Le Mans and we caught it posted by Tom Kristensen over on Facebook. . Watch it below and make sure to become a fan of Tom's on his facebook page.
Audi Sport driver Allan McNish has continued his video blog effort this year and he's just filed his latest entry from this weekend's 1000KM of Spa. In the piece, Allan talks a bit about Spa, his spin on the first lap and... what's that?... he catches Peugeot in the act of videotaping Audi Sport practicing pit stops!

This weekend Audi Sport's three R18 TDI squads head to Spa for the 1000KM ILMC / LMS round there. Not only will this be the first race running of the new R18 TDI, but with the Le Mans test now over this will also mark the last time Audi meets up with its chief rivals Peugeot and Aston Martin before the big race
