Audi Sport this morning has begun practice for this year's 12 Hours of Sebring with the 2012 spec R18 TDI out on track. As we're back at the office prepping for our Wednesday departure to Florida, the Audi Sport crew is busy logging miles in preparation for this weekend's big race. As a result, first photos of the new livery on the R18 TDI are hitting the web and we've just now added a few shots of our own thanks to some Audi Sport team members who've been kind enough to shoot them and email them back during the busy practice session.



With times now posted from the first session , the race is beginning to look like Audi's to lose. Lotterer/Treluyer/Fassler were fastest with a 1:47.545, followed by a 1:48.709 by Bernhard/Dumas/Duval and 1:49.392 for McNish/Kristensen/Capello. The next fastest car was an Oak Pescarolo at 1:52.220, suggesting Audi is a favorite for the 2012 12 Hours of Sebring.
