Yes, was shocked. All the warnings lights came on while driving my 2012 Sport. Call dealer and schedule a check. They ran a scan and said the fuel pump was bad...high pressure was no functioning but the low pressure was causing the car to start hard and basically not run.

Good news was that a new pump was installed and everything works as it should now...Just kinda bums me out that my car has this major of a problem and its hardly ever driven much.:(

Kinda given up hope on keeping the car as to wondering what else may go wrong..... I had 3 VW's before this and all were great and I should have kept the last one as it was perfect 2004 Passat GLX. That car ran great and never gave me trouble...

Some of you may know who I am and others may not. My name is Paul and I got my start as the Parts Manager of Keffer VW. As the Parts Manager I worked very hard to engage the VW community and start a strong following. 10 months ago I left to start my own company to do the very same thing. I am still offering the same 25% off that I always have, and I am able to offer much more on others.

Our website has all VW part numbers searchable so if you know your part number feel free to enter it in our search. The rest of our catalog is a work in progress and will continue to be so for a long time. We have over 400,000 part numbers to sort through get pictures, descriptions, and application data. We have worked tirelessly to make the easy and intuitive, and the site has come a long way. I hope you understand and still give us the opportunity to earn your business.

If you have anything you need that you don't have a part number for and cant find don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this community

When I got new tires 3 weeks ago I stupidly let the tire shop do an oil change for me. Today I noticed a large puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. I jacked the car up and checked the oil pan drain plug and it appears they stripped it.:mad: But even more concerning the oil pan drain plug has a very large head on it as in 18 mm large. I have never done an oil change on this car myself but I would have expected 14 mm maybe 15 or 16 but not 18. Can someone confirm what the stock size is for me so I know if they put a different size in all together.

Thanks

Last weekend we made the 1,700 mile round trip to SOWO in Helen Georgia and had a great time, met some cool folks, got to see some insane cars and even put faces to some of them. Besides driving in constant monsoon like conditions for most of the trip there and home it was a blast. We meet up with the TnEuro group and tagged along in the Goofball Rally with the appropriate car #666 for the Autobahn Bomber. Great group of people and made for a fun drive through the mountains on the last part of our trek into Helen. This being my first year I was a bit overwhelmed by just the sheer amount of cars in to and the quality of the builds and seeing a lot of the "internet gods" of builds. The show was incredible the vendors were over the top nice and I couldnt get over how nice everyone was and no drama or B.S. like there is when you get other scenes together. I was beyond honored when I made the Top 50 and felt like going the different direction of a more sport inspired "baby S4", K04, KWv3, Stoptechs, yada yada build had payed off rather then bags and big wheels. Final thoughts...will I go back...um yes! Id love to see a CC get together next year since there was soo many there this year. Below are some pics I took along the way. Enjoy and I hope to see everyone down there next year!

Hello,

I think I am finally ready to do this and am curious on people thoughts on about $5,500 off MSRP for 2013 R Line with lip spoiler, mats, and chrome exhaust. This obviously includes $2,500 dealer cash but I don't have any loyalty discounts. Curious to hear what others are getting and whether it might be better to wait another month to see the dealer cash go up to $3,500?

Thanks
