Hi Jef beetle 04 window problem The window on the passenger side when opened doesnt drop as it should, it drops but then as soon as you get it past the roof it shoots back up, so i took out the locking mechanism and played with it for a while and when i put it back it did behave differently but still acted similar, then one day i thought i would have another go as i was getting ear ache from my daughter(ungrateful i know) now as i was messing around with the assembled locking mechanism with a screwdriver ie locked/unlocked with door open the window was going up and down so i adjusted the catch on the pillar and it works if you get the opening of the door in the right position, now is this the fault of the mechanism or the catch setup? and is it the same mech as hard roof? your skill on this matter would be greatly appreciated kind regard alan
Jef, I live in Knoxville and own a '10 Audi S4. I would like to make some changes. Any chance you can help me change some stuff on the car with Vag-Com, I'm willing to pay.
Jef, I live in the Knoxville area and thought I might check to see what you might charge to make some changes to my Audi A3 via VagCom. I recently installed the factory nav and bluetooth and just need the car coded to accept the changes. Hope to hear from you soon, Duckroast
Hey Jeff (I assume thats your name) sorry if i'm wrong. I own a 2002 vw cabrio and have been looking into the vcds, but it's pretty expensive so I was wondering if I could borrow yours. I live in Goodlettsville, TN. It would be great if you would mail it to me and I could mail it back, but I understand if that's not an option you are willing to do. I have never done this before so i'm not really sure how this goes. I would pay for your shipping just so I can see how the system works and check out some codes on my vehicle and reset my throttle body. Honestly if I like it enough I will probably buy one of my own, but I just want to get my hands on it to give it a go. Thanks for any help you can give. My name is Joel.
