I spoke with fedex today and they are doing a claim process because they say that the part had fallen off of a truck. I gave them contact information for myself and gave them the value of the package (200.00) as well as a manufactures part number for everything (Mfg Part#1K0898000). They need you to get into contact with them so that they have your information and can corroborate the information I have given them as well as what the contents of the package were. I called this number 1800 463 3339. If you supply them with the tracking number and speak with them about the open claim they can go ahead and get to work on reimbursement. If you can supply them with pictures of the part as well as our messages they can go ahead and get started.
