wow. is there an echo in here?
measured 5.095v at AFR 22.4 on the gauge.
however. i might a ****ed up myself. as my gauge in MS reads AFR targets 1......
i don't use AFR targers right now. but it still is moves a bit...
If you have issues with the charging, you should get a new one. If its only noise you could change the bearings. They are cheap
on the 16v engine the distributor is driven of the ehaust camshaft.
you only have to line up the crank and the camshaft pulleys. the intermediate shaft can sit whereever it sits :)
time for a new alternator?
or overhaul one?
havn't gotten this far yet :) there has been some other things i've had to do.
but i'll check tomorrow. probably just some small settings or something :)
the gage is not configured any...
i cannot get it to show anywhere near the same :/
the ECU and 02 have a common ground
the +12v switched comes from the same relay.
the grounds are on the engine head btw. where the WUR usally...
boght it at diyautotune for about 10 years ago. think it was around 400usd (and for my part, the insane shipping and custom fees and tax)
its just a regular MS2 v3. but i wish it was a 3.57board
problem solved. made my own relay circuit :)
now my my problem lies with the 02 sensor. gauge shows 22.4 AFR and the gauge in MS shows 14.6..
MTX-L .. MS2v3 with MS2extra 3.3.3
the FP is activated by the ECU when it sees RPM.
and it seems that the ECU relay does the same thing. there is a wire which is hot only when the starter is operating. then the ECU relay takes over...
i'm not using the FP relay to power the MS. i'm using the stock ECU power relay for that.
the wire i took the power to trigger the ECU relay from is live when the key is on, and when the starter...
I've converted my 1990 Golf G60 Syncro from Digifant to MS2 V3 (with MS2 extra firmware)
i've tried to make this as reversable as possible. and reusing the stock ECU relay and Fuelpump...
with only 8.6 volts on the pump it probably won't make enough pressure to open the injectors.
as said, try a resistence test on the wiring. the wires can be heavily corroded.
then try new...
i think your goals is a bit high.
the audi inline 5 with quattro awd won't fit witout extensive modifications.
even just going awd requires much kutting and welding and sourcing parts from a...
seriously? no one?
well, that sucked :)
you will need the engine harness and ecu..
and the PG motor itself. and some tubing and stuff
you don't need to mess around with fuelpumps etc. its all there ready to go. drop to engine in...
it sounds like its dying to me. in the first video it sounds like its out of alignment and smashing internally. however, would have destroyed it rather quickly.
do not run the charger anymore....
I've got a 02C transmission which i've put a clutchnet stage 2 clutch into. and i've got some issues with it biting waaay to low.
i've got to put the clutch pedal to the flor, and then...
the corrado came with a 02A transmission, not 02J. however the dimentions are just about the same :)
well. there are a few factors which says no.
it has a max charging capacity of 10Amps. your alternator probably pushes out 60+
the CCA is low, meaning which could make the car hard to start
