Re: Brake dust? (ProjectA3)

Thanks for your input. However, none of the BMWs or Mercedes I've owned have had a brake dust problem. Surprised that this is an Audi problem. Hopefully I'll be able to locate some ceramic pads.

      Re: (audi_danny)

Good point - I just read that Porsche owns 18.5% of VW AG, so everything makes sense now, I think.
-thanks

      Corporate Structure etc

Another question from a soon to be Audi newbie: Is there any pending or threatened litigation between VW and Porsche regarding the Q7? My understanding is that Audi is a wholly-owned sub of VW AG,...

      Brake dust?

The Q7 will be my first Audi. Question to Audi owners - should I expect brake dust from my Q7? Owning Mercedes, Jag, BMW this has not been a problem, so I assume they use ceramic OEM pads. Seems Audi...

      Re: (bullnuts)

I didn't phrase my question very well. I think I read that the Q7 automatically lowers a bit when it hits 75 mph and lowers a bit more when it hits 100 mph. What I'm wondering is whether those two...

      Adaptive Air Suspension - Control?

I understand that I can manually access the higher, off-road ride heights of the Q7, however I expect many of us are more interested in the lower ride heights, for low Cd and to fill the wheel wells...

      Wall Street Journal Q7 Review

Nice review of the Q7 in the April 28 Journal - overall positive tone. For the benefit of those who haven't read it, I would note that the review concludes with the words - "....compared with other...

Re: Color acording to picture (gjimeno)

Yes, it's tough to get a realistic idea of the colors from online photos and renderings. On the Audi USA website (see preceding post by laboros) condor grey looks green, and sycamore green looks...

Q7 - is it ugly in the flesh?

      Hello-
I'm new to this forum - my first post. On March 16, I ordered a Q7 - quartz gray/espresso brown. I ordered the base V8 model loaded up, so I wouldn't have to have the sunroof, which is...
