Hm, I can't see pics. I have heard though that going to poly bushings and/or spherical bearings in the back can cause extra tire wear.
Mine from the MK2 TT are 3C0 505 435 G left and 436 G right.

Sounds like the springs are spec'd for FWD. Extra weight of drive shaft and rear diff compress it farther. Probably best to inquire about rear springs with higher rate.
