Still for sale?:)
bringing this bad boy back from the dead, i replaced the #5 fuse and my problem was fixed. AC wasn't working and when recirc button pressed, brake light came on. Thanks for the help.
That's nice and all, but in a couple of years they'll have mass layoffs. Oshkosh Truck is known for that. The joy of working in manufacturing.......hire,layoff,hire,layoff..........
I still think the MKIV 20th and R32 are some of the sexiest cars ever.
Don't come here often but I just spotted a 20th AE Imola Yellow, by Starbucks off calumet. Man forgot how nice those look! Anyone on here?
I must be the only person that likes my 2.5 :P I had one in my Rabbit for a couple of years and now in the wagon for 5 years. Not one single problem. Talk about robust! Yeah gas mileage isn't...
I have forgotten my name
Do it. I got $7K off a leftover '09 in '10. It's a 2.5. i really wanted a 2.0T but couldn't pass up the deal. I've had no problems in 65,000 miles.
I think this is a valid point however no one on here will admit to it now.
Anyone have a rebuilt/used 1.8t AWD engine?
I'm probably going to pass and just be done with the car. I've got pistons that are hosed and bearings probably are too.
Do I just need a rebuilt head or is there more to it than that? Thanks.
Going to have someone help me with this one. Not expecting good things, but who knows.
Welp, It's the timing belt. Yikes, what are the chances there was no damage. Was heading on 41N when it happened.
Ok, I'll give it a go tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
Lost power, no start=no move.
Lost power to the GTI while driving down 41 today. Was going to get the timing belt done soon. Could that be a symptom of failed timing belt? Ouch.:(
I'm going to have to recommend a Jetta Wagon, only because I love mine.
Congrats, I've always liked the 1 series. Only modern BMW I would own. Too many DBags at work with 3 Series.
