to the OP, check your coolant temp sensor, if it's reading correctly, take a look at your fuel trims, tps...

corrected. regardless, my point was that there is a 5 speed 02M AWD Option (contrary to what d-Bot said)
180 hp TT gearset in a 225 AWD housing gives you AWD 5 speed
However, this is really just giving you the 6 speed, missing 5th gear.
yesterday tested out my gimbal mounted go pro on the husaberg.
the internal length of the lifter changes based off of hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is low, there is too much gap between the lobe and the cam (hence chatter).
did you soak the lifters in oil? they will need to pressurize.
