its been a while, but ive used DAS a couple times. they, like most of these companies with the exception of the really high end places, just contract out to people.
but i was happy with DAS both...

good condition turbo Rs sell fairly regularly for ~15k. something with a few conveniance features that need looking at but is in otherwise good shape can be found for 10-13k without much work.
