could be the issue of a broke vacuum line my right rear door has a break in it and have the same issue check the door jams and unlock it and see if you can hear a leak. your key issue could be that...
Does this same noise happen when you unlock the doors too? could be a break in one of the vacuum hoses for the locks.
have you checked the wires that run thru the door frame to the door something could be lose or broken

if that makes it start then replace your ignition switch
since the tensioner isnt bled there would be slack in the chain. all slack should be on the back side of the motor. sounds alot like it your tensioner. keep us posted yo:thumbup:
check your grounds. Especially the ones by the throttle body those are for the cluster.
did you bleed the tensioner? i had a similar issue but mine jumped a tooth caught it before anything bad happened thank god
heres 165/40 on an 8" wheel so im guessing on a 9 it'll be more extreme if possible
