Nice try, son.
Here's another ad:
Looks like it was bought, and cleaned-up mechanically. Good buy:
1980 audi 5000 S (hagerman)
1982 Audi 5000 diesel rare - $2000 (North royalton)http://images.craigslist.org/00P0P_8ZFGMLOjAg3_600x450.jpg
1984 Audi 4000S Quattro (Rare) - $1200 (sw portland)
1984 Audi 4000s quattro - $2750...
Now you can own one with under 50k miles:
1983 Rabbit Diesel
That Rhinelander bike is a decent price. Finally, some sanity.

I decided I wanted to learn on a low-cc bike. I also think they look classic and dignified.
"No price listed, so make an offer. And I know how much this car is worth."
Me: (Reads ad for car, sees town) "So, where are you located?"
Seller: "In Townsville"
Me: "Yea, I...
If I was in Europe, I'd buy your car in a heartbeat.
