I think I can get a base one of these for $70k.
2+2, mid-engined, reliable, terrific handling, etc.
I love the whole "light up lambo" tuner subculture. Lambos are already preposterous and I can't think of anything better to do with them than to make them more preposterous.
To hell with all these really practical options. I'd probably pay $2500 to NOT have to drive a 90's Camry across the country. The rules never said that if you broke down you would die, or if there...
Get an LT1-powered Cadillac Fleetwood. Preferably black/black slicktop with the tow package.
Then play Lego with all the GM bolt-ups. C5 Brakes, Impala SS suspension, etc.
I haven't been on TCL in months, and this thread makes me remember why...
He raises a very good point.
Let's sit back and see how resilient the V10 in the LFA is, over the long term, then compare that with similarly exotic engines from Italy and Germany.
I weigh like 165 and I'd take a shot at it.
That looks like a blast. I want one.
These are incredibly pretty cars.
I'm always torn between this, an Alfa GTV 1750/2000, or a metal bumpered 911 (the latter of which is much more expensive, really).
This is almost certainly the...
I like them for what they are. Best looking blob in the blob segment.
I like this a WHOLE LOT.
I might actually be in the market for something like this in a year or so, also.
The S3 is compelling also, however. The CLA doesn't do much for me, it would do more...
You want to sell your girlfriend? Pics? How much are you asking? Has she had any recent work done? Service history?
Anyway, here are mine:
Rolls Phantom I Jonckheere Coupe.
I bought a running, driving 5spd 1989 S13 240sx coupe for $75. Brakes sucked, and it had some rust, but we nursed it home. Working HUD.
Sold it for like $1200 without doing a thing to it.
Abstractly, definitely the NSX.
Personally? The 240sx. I've owned more than a dozen, and done just about everything to one that you can think of. It's a GREAT platform, cheap to own, reliable...
Man I really hope this isn't Sherpa. Seems like a great guy and that was a beautiful car.
Meh, even uglier than the Veneno.
I love Lambos normal road cars but I've liked none of their recent concepts, not really even the Reventon.
All the more reason to go get an older 900 Turbo convertible. Plenty of parts out there for them, and they look infinitely cooler.
