Nope, no spacers, although I could probably run like a 5-8mm on the rear so it sits completely flush

-10AN return for sure. no such thing as too big of a return, since the feed (whether it's a restrictor in the line, or the restrictor is already built into the turbo) is what restricts the oil going...

my old eip kit with a journal bearing turbonetics t04b hit full boost at like ~3k, absolutely roasted the tires all the time..I can imagine with two smaller turbos.. lol
you'd go insane with the amount of things needed. incredibly stiff spring rates, which would probably murder your back with each bump you hit. huge slicks, boost by gear, all types of "traction" bars...
by the way? awd > fwd. you can put 26" slicks on your car if you so please and still roast them. our platform sucks for power. mk4s are pigs.
why reinvent the wheel when the OP can just buy a turbo kit, run it on low boost, and get the same results? :P

you're forgetting..different head studs also. unsure on which HG you'd use though. spark plugs are different pitch/thread also.
coolant "tank" is on the driver side, behind the intake. you can see the radiator cap on the polished tank. :P it's easier than running the coolant lines across the manifold/turbo.
