I'm starting to think that when the current sensor was installed, the downpipe was hot. And trying to remove it when it's cold isn't going to work.

      Getting code

      16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
      P0130 - 35-10 - Malfunction in Circuit - Intermittent

So I ordered a Bosch o2 sensor from ECS. Not only was it $200 but...

OEM bolts are M14 x 1.5 x 27mm. So add 27mm to your spacer size and that's the length of bolt you want. 20mm spacer = 47mm bolt.

Instead of using two of the scotch lock connectors and a jumper. Couldn't you just use one to connect the two wires in the harness? Using the connector as the jumper.
