I agree 100%.
roman numeral fail
if it isn't clapped out (unlikely), try to get it for a grand.
They absolutely would.
the black tail pipes are not an indicator of a tune
as stated, have the dealer hook up the car and show you if its flagged.
I feel retarded for not thinking about this…
I've had the damn thing off 10 times in 28k miles for various reasons, so I have no excuse.
Second in SMS class to a modded EVO 8.
Tons of fun.
Congratulations on the R.
Also glad your mother is healthy again.
Start with the filter, if that doesn't fix it, then worry about the rest. Its a $15-20 part and takes 5 min to install.
side shot looks good.
Congrats on the tuning.
Starting with the MK5 cars, the rears are usually a 2 to 1 replacement rate to the fronts. VW dials in more rear brake bias than usual to try to help braking balance due to high front weight %.
Eurojet on my MKV GTI, and SPM on the R. Both seemed incredibly well built, great welds, great clamps, great fitment. Not sure how else to say I'm 100% satisfied? If there was any percievable...

Post up the complaints about their exhausts, quality wise.
Enjoy paying 2k for your HPA catback.
The point is $ spent. How much did all of your mods cost you? 2k? 4k?
25mpg at $3.75 a gallon = $0.15 a mile
23mpg at $3.75 a gallon = $0.16 a mile
Over a year, at 15k miles = $150
SPM downpipe quality is out of this world. Welds are perfect, fitment is perfect, literally lined up centered, 1/2" from the catback section on first try. I can't imagine there is anything of higher...
how about the other black car, the non ziplocked?
even easier: black car on right behind bagged chevy.
Like I said, EASY.
