Exactly what I did but while I was there I changed both gaskets
Welp first let's read the bentley since I'm a moron and can figure out how to pull of the intake manifold and valve cover...the the 6 exhaust bolts off the manifold ...then the head bolts now come...

So I noticed the back of the motor has a lot of oil residue and coolant residue and the exhaust is smelling sweet but oil is clean on the dipstick so nothing's mixing so I'm going to change the rad...
just checked the cap and it was clean and left the car running without it on and coolant is flowing perfect ! but that has been doinng that fine...i did the glove test and the glove did raise after...
So what's coming to conclusion is change the cap and the headgasket and the problem goes away ! ??

Coolant cap meaning on the radiator? Because I do not have a rad with a filler cap on it I only have a ball..because if you mean the cap on the ball thad would be awesome if I can change that
My rad does no have a filler cap on it I only have an expansion ball tank
