I'm debating going from a Carbonio CF CAI to a filter on a stick.
I saw a thread about someone with a GTI w/ 2.0T FSI engine with a filter on a stick- with the A4 engine cover installed, with very...
The first pic did not post-
and sorry, didn't notice the 'pm for pics' :o
How many miles on the intake, and what is the condition of the filter?
The guy did post some bore scope pics (crappy quality)- the stuff appeared to work.
I had BG service done some time ago, and I noticed a significant improvement. May not have been 100% clean! but...
Not sure where he got the list of what's in CRC- diesel??? The website has 75% by volume of acetone. No mention of 'fuel', either. I'm not a chemist, but where did he get those in CRC?
I'd like to...
I had a small crack in my radiator, had to be replaced. It took a while to find it- finally found a few drops of coolant in driveway. Very small crack.
Regarding the steering wheel being off-center- take it back, ask them to fix it. I had that happen- shop apologized, and it took them less than 20 minutes to center it (no new alignment required).
Where did you get the part/how much/shipping?

Anyone have any clue as to how a P1071 code (system mixture...
CEL comes on JUST as I was turning in to the inspection station
P1071. This is going to be a tough one to track down.
Nothing to do with your cam follower- you have turbo issues.
Check hoses and connections- listen for an air leak. If you can't find anything, you should take it to a shop and let them figure it out...
I'm interested- can you please post pics?
Also, which filter do you have- the synthetic one or cotton?
Great shop near ILM airport- AuDub Motorsport- if you need a shop. Lance and his crew are great
I'm looking at using 3M Crystalline for the open sky panels, 60% heat reduction and like 97% UV reduction, but allows tons of light. I have the residential version on some large windows in my house,...
:what:
No way 'be done with it'. This is a recurring issue- if it hasn't happened, it will. and it will happen again.
I can honestly say my latch (replacement latch) was used...
And here is the original exploding Open Sky thread:
