The nut was pretty loose behind the dash, i havent noticed any noise yet but ill see if it comes back.
Yes its on the passenger side, ill give the nut a check first and if no dice ill pull it apart and stuff some foam under my fuel lines. Ill let you guys know what I did and if it fixed anything.

Did you make sure your gettin fuel to the injectors? I didnt have time to read through the whole thing. Glowplugs are needed on these small engines because they dont have crazy compression. You said...

I chased a problem similar it turned out to be to be the grounds on the left of the tire well

Well, i sold the rabbit off to a good friend, and i put a down payment on a dream set of wheels. You wont see them for a while though :laugh:
