Beige Camry. Invisible to zombies.
I feel wrong for liking it...but I think I like it. As others have said, most people who buy trucks don't need the capability they are buying...they need something like this.
Not something I've ever seen in my years (10+) in the business. The opposite by far..."a race to the bottom", every large box dealership wants to advertise the lowest price in town. Local experience...

Oooh! (ala Dice Clay)
Did people say the same thing in the 60s for those who bought MGs, Triumphs, Alfa Spyders, Austin Healeys etc.?
he wanted a raptor, not some poverty spec f150.
You could probably add Mercedes in there too...they will continue with wagons.

You can be certain that the established players are kept up at night trying...
Encore starts around $24,000. There will be a new 40 range, but it certainly isn't here yet AND it certainly wont start around $24,000. Volvo's current volume vehicle is the $50,000+ 7 Passenger XC90...
Not at all really. Volvo doesn't have anything that caters to the $21,000 to $30,000 buyer...which I assume would be the meat of Buick's sales.
IIRC, the Encore is their biggest seller, right?
