      I don't think you understood me. The fuse is to a constant 12v source, not a ground. Perhaps I just misinterpreted what you said.

      The thermoswitch pins are labeled in the picture...

      And an inline fuse to match the size of your wiring and fans power needs. I tapped the constant wire right off the starter.
