yesterday, installed a RSV4 tail conversion on my Tuono. :)
my 2 cents....That charger is too small for your motor, and not worth the effort. :)
I would suggest asking specific questions on here,as it will eliminate a lot of no reply threads, or pointless...
99 passat i believe is the fitment.
edit for accuracy
maybe its just ****ty gas.
for those HP levels it not worth doing anything.
corrected. regardless, my point was that there is a 5 speed 02M AWD Option (contrary to what d-Bot said)
180 hp TT gearset in a 225 AWD housing gives you AWD 5 speed
However, this is really just giving you the 6 speed, missing 5th gear.
yesterday tested out my gimbal mounted go pro on the husaberg.
the internal length of the lifter changes based off of hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is low, there is too much gap between the lobe and the cam (hence chatter).
did you soak the lifters in oil? they will need to pressurize.
Jman, you need to clean out your IM box, it's full.

Bike down, rider upright works very well for small and very small turns (as it's the fastest way to move mass and change direction). However, the larger the corner, the less importance there is on...
i have some changes to the car coming in the next little while, and will try to post updates as they happen.
if you havent, you should really mod the rear control arms for toe and camber, otherwise you'll end up with way too much of both.
regular mk2 carpet wont fit. i cut mine down the middle, and hide the gap with the corrado center console/surround.
Finally was able to sit on it at the Seattle bike show, and was left really impressed. I think/hope that bike will be a home-run for KTM.
