Don't think that's possible as the aren't exactly threaded. I don't know what they're specifically called, but isn't it just two small bits of sheet metal that bite down on either side of the bolt?...
Best picture I have at the moment, it's a IE rail mated to a fuel lab mini adjustable. Only issue I've had is the gauge died on me. Put a liquid filled gauge in and haven't had an issue since.
