I cant believe I couldn't find anything through a search... But I cant get my cluster to work after swapping a vr6 into my golf.
I swapped everything from the donor car: cluster,...
^ thank you! That's what I was trying to figure out.. I would check those tonight
Well I don't have power at 54, that might be what's causing all of this.
I didn't, but I did pull the fuel line off to and turned the key to make sure fuel was flowing, and it was.
I'm trying to match the ecu pinout with the fusebox pinout so I can start testing...
Does it actually come directly off of the battery? Ill try cleaning the terminals up.
Relay #3? The 109 relay? I swapped it out with another one
It's a 95 gti, it's always been a vr6, it's not a swap.
It just quit on me one day.
I've swapped ecu's, the problem is I'm not getting the power into the ecu I'm supposed to
So I have power from my ignition switch and the engine electronics relay.. Why wouldn't I have battery power?
^ thats an ignition switch issue, I can try that.. But I don't feel like that's the solution.
I have power on 9 and 38
I checked the crank position sensor, I have power at the coil, I have no power at the ecu.
The relay is clicking for the ecu, I'm assuming the power flow goes from ignition switch to the relay....
Well I had a crank no start on my obd1 VR.. Found that it had no spark.
I checked the crank position sensor, swapped coilpacks, swapped ecu's, with no success. I checked for power at the coil and...
Haven't even bothered to diag a fuel concern because I'm not even getting spark at the moment.
The check valve certainly makes sense for my stalling issue..
Tried it I swapped CPS, coilpack, ecu... Don't know where to look at this point.
