I ran H&R Sports from 6k miles to 38k, when I traded the car in. No problems with the otherwise stock setup.
4Motion is not quattro. Those are separate systems; Audi has used 4Motion branded as quattro on the A3 and TT, which use the same Haldex system that came here initially on the MKIV R32.
