You can get a 2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara in a manual transmission. I have an '06 w/ the V6 and AWD. I get 20mpgish. I have 140k miles on mine, original clutch and basically have only done oil changes...
Check for rust. Granted, its not an east coast car, but man o' man the rust I have seen on these cars.

It does and I still people using them at the auction pretty regularly. All of the data can now be found online through a mobile app now though. It can even be broken down by region, condition, etc.
