How did you do this if you dont mind me asking? i would like to do this for my stubbies and probably integrate some emergency lights to for responding to my fire station.

To the best of my knowledge setting ride height and unplugging the controller wont solve anything. The memory is in the air ride ecu.

As long as you have no kinks in any of you lines your system should work unless the valves are faulty.
i have digital management through manifolds so i dont know how much i can help with the plumbing but ill try.
All of the setups i have seen before for manual have had the 4 valve directly off of...
just make sure they are touching bare metal and you should be fine.
also check to see if the grounds you have are GOOD grounds because that might also be why your valves are not working
sounds like you have your manifold/valves wired incorrectly or they are malfunctioning because if you had a leak you would be able to hear it very distinctly.
if you just want a small mild boser go with speedtech boser extension which you can just weld on, im not sure if they r still made cause i could not find a link for you. but if you want a crazy mean...
