If your building your own manifold you can place the turbo either way. Just remember the placement of the master cylinder/servo for the brakes on a RHD car which makes that corner of the engine bay...
They stated that they are not tb adapters, plus they look way to small. And looking at there prototype on the 5cyl mani its 3 piece which looks like it has the same bolt pattern as the spacers...

Im pretty sure these turbos only come with ts housings but i could be wrong.
Probably wont get twinscroll advantages but this is much better than having a open t4 manifold with a ts housing. The dual mvs is what confuses me unles you got them with the intention to go full ts...

Mike, is that mounted flange going to sandwitch between the turbo and a flange mounted to the manifold? Kinda like millers chassis leg?
