I would run the 7's, why waste money on 10's for looks? 255's are a bit more expensive and slightly harder to spin than say 225's...

Ive been running stock bolts making over 400whp. Only reason I am getting ARP is because they are reusable.
It should be around the same price as the orange controller and more adjustability.

Are you going to replace the stock intake manifold? I bigger plenum alone will yield some nice results I bet.
