If this wasn't a tongue in cheek comment, the OP deserves to have every remaining one of them delivered to his doorstep. Some things are just better forgotten.
I'd put it back on. No use giving the dealer an excuse to deny a warranty claim because you modded the car.
My first VW was a used '76 Rabbit. Loved driving that car. Spot on reliable (!) for the 2 years I owned it, fun to drive, still like the design. Been driving VWs ever since.
State law is going to determine the maximum tint you can do. Check PenDot first and go from there. (Although I'm in PA. I don't know the exact regs, sorry.)
As I'm in the USA, don't know if this will work in Baku. Google "vw parts". Two that come up are www.parts.vw.com (VW National eStore) and www.volkswagenoempartsonline.com. Hopefully there's an...
When talking about the GTI, the availability of the 4-dr means those who need 4 doors can have a GTI and not be limited to the Golf. I'd be interested in seeing sales numbers to see if the...
The installation instructions should answer your questions.
The key here is the height regulations. If your coilovers are set to stock height for inspection you shouldn't have a problem.
Based on the greenhouse, it looks like its still a B6 chassis. So, no MQB for Europe? Yet? Ever? Very nice update, both exterior and interior. I must say I prefer it to ours.
The current Euro Passat is a reworked B6, so probably should be referred to as a B6.5, as were the B5 and B5.5. The US Passat is NMS and referred to as a B7 more for the sense of continuity than...
x2. Maybe they just wanted to make sure the GT same out ahead. As for the price, check the configurator and option them the way you want for a better comparison.
I just finished with one of these (S model) from Hertz with 37K on the clock. Took the family to NH to visit my dad with a side trip to Maine and put a little over 1K on it. I was hoping for a Passat...
How about a picture of the damage? Considering its a unibody car, the damage may have structurally weakened the car and if not repaired properly could pose a hazard if you're involved in an accident.
I'm in suburban Philly and see a lot more of these than I would expect. Good luck with it.
Thanks for the photos. The Euro Passat pictured is the current one, a facelifted B6-note the greenhouse. It is not an MQB car, and there would be absolutely no reason for VW to go backwards and bring...
I'd go for one of the better Ford GT offerings.
Yes it is indeed a pun. Absolutely my favorite race-no fancy tech, big names or money-just good old wrench turning, ingenious use of cash and sheer FUN.
To be precise, anything that moves becomes "aerodynamic". Its the the efficiency that varies.
Surprised this one took so long. Patrickman-why would you exclude this, but accept the Vega, Mustang II, or Opel coupe-heck, virtually any of the cars in the thread? If this is too small, there's...
