Lifters have to rotate freely in the lifter buckets. Can you rotate them with your fingers?
I dont have them on-hand, but you can Google which measuring blocks are your ST & LT trims.
Also, look into where your LDP was removed and look for leaks there. OBDII cant operate correctly...
