Keep in mind that they will still function as per normal if they're connected, The "Deletes" just removes the Codes/CEL not the function itself.
You've got it!
With that emissions delete did it come with resistors? If so, are they plugged in correctly and securly?
You can see the bolt holes used for the metal assembly, that's where your mk2 rear mount in bolted to, just above it is the coolant...
2003 Passat is a 06a, the switch was 2001.
I've swapped AWW and awp's in b5s without an issue.
You just need to move all of the transverse items over is all.
The AWW and AWP engines ( 2001.5 -> 2005 ) have a wide band primary 0/2 rather than the narrow band that your engine is equipped with.
Here is a good little read up on the difference:...
Edit: this also has nothing to do with the engine.... You can visit any of the other sub forums that are dedicated to chassis... I'm kinda guessing your talking about a b5
That's a tough call, if the sai is pulling air but NOT going in the exhaust then it would get the mixture out go lunch and cause symptoms like your mentioning, but the air would need to go...
I mean the coolant resovoir, I can't sow you more specifically right now.
Are you in the midst of the swap? Or is the car running? JT could be my mistake.
In stock form there is a pipe that exits the coolant return hard pipe and goes up and above the rad then outward.
The hose then splits and one end goes to the coolant globe and the other side goes...
Welllllllll, yes and no.... You don't NEED the ECU to see the boost level unless you want to maintain PID boost control ( n75 ) you can push further as long as you have another form of control.
That looks like the hard coolant return line from the turbo, the feed is on the back of the block with a 17 or 19MM banjo bolt, If I'm correct it'll be plugged.
its a AWP valve cover with the later variant of the PCV system, Check to see if your VC has the secondary small vac-line connected to it, or if it has the older single large connection.
Eurodyne is a little picky with the things that they put on, There are lots of defined maps/funtions/etc that are out there that will never be included in ME7 suite.
It seems that posting on...
Also id do a pressure test ( both intake and exhaust ) post temp sensor confirmation/change out.
This is actually a bit common with different plugs or coil configurations, What made you switch to the ole faithfull plugs? did you JUST chip to stage 2 or higher?
Change your Valve cover gasket.... Stop drawing the coil in oil and it should work.
Iirc, check again.. He started AEB large port and moved to small port =]
