      1) 2.5" test pipe, mild steel to muffler
      2) 2.5" test pipe 2.5" aluminum...

E85 burns cleaner and is more emissions friendly. I just passed an EPA test with a big turbo wrx sti with an e85 tune, I just put on the stock exhaust and got it tested.

Till I see a all motor...

Not really worth it on an all motor car. Money can be more effectively spent elsewhere.

VR6 'seizes' when cranking by hand

Gearbox back off now, engine spins free again.

Would be highly unlikely that the flywheel isn't mated properly.

There is scratch marks on the rivets. Going to file them down this afternoon.

Going to take of the box now and grind down the gearbox a little and file down the pressure plate a little

VR6 'seizes' when cranking by hand

So I backed the gearbox off about 5mm and it now spins freely.

Stupid question; am I able to use some washers to space the gearbox out?

VR6 'seizes' when cranking by hand

I'm away on holidays so haven't been able to yet. But from what I have read it's either hitting in the spot as the picture below; or the timing notches on the pressure plate hitting near the starter

VR6 'seizes' when cranking by hand

Yes used the exact same one.

It's strange how it only only hits in one spot; would think that each rivet would hit if this was the case. Flywheel could be not flush; but surely torquing it down...
