New price - $650 picked up. This is the lowest I will go before splitting the tires/wheels.
 That is all that matters to me IMO. Daily driven car? Who cares if the wheels are real.
1.) I'd prefer to sell with the tires but it depends what you offer was...
2.) I'd rather exchange locally but I could ship at your expense...
3.) Yes, 2012 Eos has a 5x112 bolt pattern.
Try pulling fuse F10, 15A behind the glovebox to reset the unit. I've had to do this twice due to the system not allowing any touch input.
If I were simply buying a 2nd car for a fun, I may have considered the BRZ. However, the FiST just has so much more practicality while also being a hoot to daily drive.
Some people have good experience, some people have bad ones. But the window regulators are not cheap (when I was replacing them, they were > $100 each just for the part) and should never fail with...
I know from my mk3 days of several issues:
1.) VR6 plastic crack pipe becoming brittle and breaking
2.) VR6 timing chain guides cranking and pieces getting dragged through the chain system.
Rust, random misfires, 020 grenades, broken window regulators. I loved driving mine...when it worked. Which wasn't often.
~90 miles. I'd be willing to meet in Downingtown if you were to buy.
