Are you in Utica with the vehicle or do you have someone showing it for you? I would love to come look at this thing and I have cash in hand.
Yeah, I was in my MKVI. I got rid of my MKIV VRT and have been looking for something ever since. Are you local to Syracuse or just happened to be in town?
I think you parked next to me at Lyndon last week, small world.
Where are you at with the price at this time? Can you PM me some interior shots. I'm right down the thruway from you.
They are actually right by me, motor is blown as in damaged and he advised me it is not repairable. They are well known for their work on european vehicles. You can get a longlbock for about $8500.
Bump. I would like to avoid buying 2 new grilles just to hack them up. Help me help you.
Someone backed into me and banged up my hood, bumper and grille. I decided this is the perfect time to shave the hood/bumper notches. However, there are no options for badgeless grilles that I have...
Just for kicks I checked out my truck, which is on 33 x 12.50's and notice the same thing. Only issue is, not a solid rear beam. This is going to drive me nuts now that I know it's like that.
Still for sale?
I just installed 9.5" wide wheels in the rear and its really noticeable. My driver side sits right on the lip and the passenger side pokes a decent amount further. Keep us posted on the outcome of...
The nice thing about tinting the windshield is the police will have a hard time measuring it as the meters are designed to slide over a cracked window. I'm sure they would find a way to issue the...
Where are you at price wise? PM me if you'd like.
Do you have any pictures availabe?
The VRT was the quickest car I've ever owned and one of the qucikest street legal cars in my area. The only thing I could find to hang with it on highway pulls were 1000+CC bikes. It walked a built...
I took a more 'high-profile' job and needed something presentable and slightly more reliable. The 2.5 certainly leaves something to be desired after coming from a VRT. I've heard they do take well to...
I may have to skip right to the 1 degree shims after seeing your car.
Thank you, wasn't sure what the proper name was. You can source them from your local parts store. I'm going to start with .5 degree and work my way up until I like it.
