Does anyone know where to order cog belts? I need extras. Speed control 1304 8m. Made in Germany.
Or if anyone has a # for Noah that used to be at VMS.
Just go to any brushless car wash. No brush ever touches the car. Perfectly safe. Google (brushless car wash in Central NJ) Several will come up.
Boy, I'm glad I don't have a track car and have to worry about how much faster my car would go if it was a couple of hundred pounds lighter. What a PITA to gain 10ths of a second. Unless there was...
Looking good Ellery! Almost as clean as mine.
So what's under the hood to inspire the modifications. I do see a intercooler. Don't know if 20mm spacers are good for racing, but it does look pretty cool.
I was going to have you clean my roof but after reading through this thread I don't think I can afford it.
I have a house that is close to Brunswick, ME so I will attend a show there. Also plan on being at York, PA VagFair.
It took about 20 minutes to put in the EuroKreations rear seat delete. It's just 3 pieces of covered plywood. For tools all you need is a screwdriver.
I put 32K on a stage 4 Supercharger that got 400AWHP without any issues except for the clutch. That seems to be the limit. More HP than that and you need to be a mechanic that is able to tear down...

I love that engine bay! Great job!
I would really like to make it down one of these years. Maybe this year. What is the cutoff time to make a decision and still be able to get a room.
I saw a my 1st GTI at the 1984 car show at the Javitt Center in NYC. One week later I bought the car after a test drive. Loved it. Great handling and big HP. It had 90 HP and was a pocket rocket....
I love my brakes!

They look nice but I might have a problem with looking down to see what boost I'm getting. I prefer a column mount so I can see the road and the boost at the same time.
Built a show/race car that looks like a sleeper. Just the basics. SC'ed Engine, wheels, brakes, seats, roll bar, exhaust, coils, body work, suspension, mounts, cogs, ect but it all adds up. Spent...
That's funny. I've put close to 40k into mine and it's not half the car that you got. Must have spent money on the wrong things. Lol!
I would love to see these on your car! Do you go to any shows in the summer or just race? Please post which shows you will be at and I'll def check out your car.
One more question. What the ****...
