I can't disagree with you, but unless gun registration is mandated at the federal level, universal background check is completely unenforceable. Hell, most states don't have registration.

I'm somewhat lost. What, EXACTLY, is a "universal background check", and what will it find that form 4473 won't?
I can only use a Pilot G2 0.7 black ink pen. I also could not leave home without it, even off duty.
I still can't go without it, even now that I'm retired. I also cannot use blue ink. For anything.
I have both on mine. DPMS Oracle. (I won it in a raffle:P I'm not gonna complain.) I've never used the FA, but the dust cover gets closed for storage after every cleaning. I have no preference either...
