Yep, you get it if you make the switch to the newer systems.

I can see the point of having a place do it for you but, unless you bring your own, nine times out of ten, you will just get 5W30 dino oil or an equal weight synthetic, along with some no-name...

These can be made to handle quite well, plenty of suspension companies making full IRS kits and full subframes. Earlier ones are more expensive, later ones are cheaper, but have crappier HP stock....
Definitely pumping too much fuel, another thing is the distributor tight? I've seen cars run like crap because it was just loose enough to make it move slightly.
