It's fine on the street. The tune is very smooth, save for the low rpm/low load surging that seems to happen with all Evo's on speed density. Usually just when you're driving through a parking...
Why the tramlining? Not sure really. When I first bought my old 06 IX RS brand new....it did it from the start. Evo's are usually aligned with some toe-out.
