Good for them, but this isn't really new tech. Other companies have been using that process for a while.
I used EpoxyCoat on fresh slab a year ago. Unlike the others, I would still prep a fresh slab. Most new slabs are fairly smooth, and you need a rough surface to ensure adhesion. Grinding is overkill...
