      I've looked for that magic body shop, doesn't exist. Anything quality will be expensive.

      I wouldn't worry about stage 1. Do it!
      Never once regretted stg 1 on the GTI.

      The VIU can still pull you over anytime and inspect... they are all-powerful.
      Did you get a race pipe or high flow cat downpipe?

      Clean the bolts as best you can before you turn them. Should help. Good luck

      Call Benders for a price.

      It's not difficult, but it's tedious. Most if not all bolts will be a pain to remove and a lift makes it MUCH easier.

      I would try and use high grade stainless...

      You'll need a O2 sensor spacer or be stage 2 chip to clear the codes.
      I'd order a spacer.
