I stopped liking "Lambos" after 1984.
Ohhhh that green RS.
My parents had one back in the day...
It was a lack luster car completely non inspiring...but it was cheap new.
The stupid camshaft broke :screwy: so we gave it away.
But, a 500 dollar...
It appears you have a serious collection of cars.
The R5 would be the more prominent jewel in your crown sort of speak. (deciding between the two.)
I don't mean that idiom to be snarky at all by...
I would choose R5.
The CS is an appreciating investment and they are great cars, but I think this R5 in particular has a more interesting motorsport back ground and is more...
I bought it when the market value of these cars just skipped off the bottom of the barrel back in 2010 .
In somewhat chronological order.
There's always cars I forget about..
1976 Oldsmobile Delta 88
1972 Dodge dart swinger
1984 VW Jettal GLI
So the shell is 95% bare!

I dusted off my hammer and dolly set and went to work, smoothing out a pretty significant...
My parents back in 1987, smartly bought me a 1976 Oldsmobile Delta 88
It was a tank, got horrid gas mileage and was tough as a rock.
I beat the living crap out of it, and nearly escaped death...
Huge VW Westfalia LT 28 much larger than Vanagon, Rare!! - $8950 (dover nh)
Very very rare huge VW Westfalia Camper Runs and drives needs tlc ...
Sorry for the delay in my replies, I'll check on both of those tonight.:thumbup:
So does anyone own all 4 from the article in the original post?
....that's exactly what I'm doing. :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
Yeahhhh...I don't think it looks cool. :barf
I hear you.
I have a major restoration going on car #1, and have car #2 that's been sitting on jackstands for 2 months because I spent nearly all my car funds on car #1
All car #2 needs is new...
Was there a decent reason as to why he bought just two tires?
My Bimmer eats through rear tires faster than the fronts, so I can understand the logic possibly.
There's a lot of factors to make...
I'm poised to seriously buy one...but not a a marked up price.
I know this is nothing new to popular new cars.
I'll wait I guess for when the day ever comes.
Just bought a new car....so my average took a huge dump.
