Are the H&R OE sport springs available for 3.6 4 mo wagons? I've checked out the site, but can't tell.
Btw, I put the question in another AWE thread and even emailed, but no response to either.

      Thanks for the info!
    3. How do I get wipers out of service position?

Never had to use service position, but need to replace the windshield. I know how to put them into service position, but what do I need to do once I'm done with the service position? Anything...
    4. H&R, handled. Special pricing on the entire H&R Catalog, at AWE Tuning.

Is the H&R OE sport spring compatible with the B6 4mo wagon? Site doesn't specify a wagon version.

Dealership had a warranty guy in the area and he looked at it and said it isn't bad enough yet to warrant repair. I have to keep an eye on it and follow up once the area looks really bad. Not sure...

Thanks for this! I think the pics used in the perforation example show rusts perforating the metal and not a literal hole in the metal. I'm going to discuss with VW tomorrow.

      It's to the point...
    8. VW says no corrosion warranty coverage unless I can stick a finger through the metal

The paint has been bubbling on my right front fender for some time. The are no chips or scratches on the paint surface that could've caused it. The paint isn't even broken, but the size of the area...

No. the 2008 3.6 has no issues with the oil pump bolt. The bolt was changed/upgraded for the 2008 production.
    10. Bold Predictions: S&P Predicts Tesla Bankrupt by 2017

Wonders what S&P would've said about Ford and his assembly line ideas. Surely the established horse and buggy manufacturers will successfully adapt and overtake Ford's untested ideas.

      Inadequate air conditioning?

When I'm parked in the shade on hot days the AC does a pretty good job. When the surfaces in the car get hot it takes forever for it to cool down and never gets really cool.

      I wonder how much of...
    12. Sticky: **Official 24V 3.6L Engine (oil pump bolt) failure thread**

I'd skip it. If the bolt failed then the engine may very well have suffered catastrophic damage. Seems likely given the asking price. The car probably needs an engine replacement.

      She maybe gone

Wagons come in real handy with kid stuff! I regularly load ours up with mountains of stuff for road trips, camping and beach trips.

      When it rains, it pours.

My driver's side window does that. It's inconsistent though. Drives me crazy
    15. Can the rear wagon floor/tire cover be removed?

Are they in the rear near the back seats? I've been looking, but can't find anything. Maybe I can see better if I take out the kid seats and fold the rear seats down.
    16. Can the rear wagon floor/tire cover be removed?

Not sure how, but one of our kids left a milk container mixed in with some stuff in the back of my wagon. It was full, but sealed. It spoiled and expanded until it leaked all over the cargo area. ...

Ive been blackballed by my Porsche Dealer!

X2. I got a new engine from VW when the oil pump bolt backed out on my 3.6 passat. VW said they didn't do rebuilds at dealers. Takes, time, space and experience to rebuild. Instead VW crated over...

To me, that reads like a bad sensor or maybe a disconnected sensor. Not uncommon. Do you have a check engine light? I had a bad sensor which threw the same code and a check engine light.

      When it rains, it pours.

Within the last 48hrs, my car has decided to start falling apart.

Washer fluid tank sprang a leak
Wiper motor might have crapped out (no wipers)
Rear passenger window fell and won't go or stay...
