      Re: (sayerbj)

It was the switch AND the bulbs. Don't know how they both went at the same time. I changed both and they work perfectly now.

Perfect. Thank you. That is a huge help.
Now the question is solutions. I don't think I have a local dealer.
Can I aim the high beams lower so they don't blind everyone?

MkIV Jetta Headlight help -- Relay?

Oy folks. I'm on vacation and don't have my Bentley manual with me and need a little vortex help.
Drove for the last 2 days with no trouble in my wife's stock 2002 Jetta 1.8t. Stopped at a...

    8. Re: (Clay @ CTS Turbo)

I've got a Revo chip. I haven't looked to see what they have for K04-001. My guess is that I can run with what I've got at the moment and then upgrade down the road.
      I likely won't do anything...
    9. Re: (Clay @ CTS Turbo)

What software would you suggest running with the Ko4-01 w/ the manifold?
I know my OEM turbo is getting tired and I wouldn't mind something a little bigger. I don't have the need to go anything...

      Thanks for the responses.
The DIY that you gave is for the CV joint of the Tripod Tripot variety. There are actually 5 different varieties of axles for the MkIV Golf/GTI.
      The 20th AE uses one...

20th AE CV Shaft? Search is down

      Hey folks.
Sorry to ask a silly question. If the search was working I'm sure someone's already answered it.

    15. Re: MkIV Goodridge Brake Line Question: Search is down (davidraeside)

Thanks David. It was flexible so that the caliper can be lifted off. I can see that it is manufactured so that it is attached to the hard-line perminantly. My guess is that that piece can be...

Re: Amp Ground to Battery? (PedroGringo)

Thanks for the answers. It sounds like I either need to ground like Pat did near the seatbelt or run 0/1ga wire to the negative battery pole.
