Have you tried replacing the oil cooler? Ive had a few of those crack internally and mix oil and coolant.

A PCV valve failure is A LOT of un metered air for the ECU to compensate for. In my experiences, the PCV valve caused misfires are worst at idle and/or when the engine is cold.
During a boost leak test, blocking the PCV off is always necessary. If it passed the boost leak test, and the test was performed correctly, maybe the PCV system would be a good next step to check. ...
