The UM tune isnt the problem; its the proper hardware costs that we see add up super fast.

Not all rubber, but if you go to autozone and get fuel line hose and use e85 you will 100 percent have issues. In the same essence that using rubber performance flex hose (commonly used for turbo oil...
ethanol disintegrates rubber. it has no chance unless you flush with every use.
You may want to consider doing a pressure check on the piping/intake manifold. :)

yes; power circuit (the relay) is not killing power correctly
its the ecu power circuit
1.) 550's EV14
2.) 85 mm MAF (we make this in house)
3.) UM tune
4.) stock FPR
= enough airflow and fuel for easy 350 whp.
