On aluminum yes they will. Stainless not so much. Just beware of the inside diameter of the tubing as it needs to fit over the steel sleeve in the fittings. I actually had to drill out ends to make...
V2 has everything built into the ecu/manifold.
Looks great man. I am a little confused as to what the lines go to tho lol. Compressor to tank x2 I see but what are 4 other lines? Older management?
What's it fit?
That's very cool
Holy pop ups on your site
Then get on it slacker. It's a beautiful day today.
Ha ha ha
I just ordered aluminum tubing from McMaster Carr. Now I can use my ptc fittings. Anyone need some 3/8" stainless? Have 20'of it.
We generally close pre reg a couple weeks before show.
Apparently there is an issue with tubing as it should work perfectly fine with ptc fittings. I had the od checked by a machine shop to verify it was within spec and it is. Jeremy at Airlift is asking...
I've get a good bender so not so bad. Looks like I'll be doing some. Research tonite. Lol
I'll figure it out. Figured maybe you already had lol. Thanks duder.
Yeah its 3/8 id ss tubing. It's just harder than the nylon so the fittings won't grab it.
They won't grab the ss tubing. It goes right in but pulls back out since the collet can't dig into tubing. Using straight up ss tubing btw.
I'm running Airlift btw
I don't know if they will seal or not. But they slide right out after pushing them in. Assume they would push out under pressure.
Pulls right out. I'm assuming a brass tube to compression fitting from manifold and then to ss tube.
