SOLD All in working condition and from same car when pulled.
Ran a 19lbs single mass with my CM clutch...not a single noise from it. You'll get chatter with the lighter weight FWs...lighter you go the more noise you will get. Didn't get much drive time with it...

Pennzoil Synchromesh NFM. This fluid falls outside of VW spec, but it is yellow metal friendly, so no worries.
Maybe $4K as-is. Decent GLI around 100K miles in good running/body condition sell for $5-7K around Chicago.
For what you paid, put some money into it and get it fixed up...probably still be worth...
It's grinding all the time when moving up into 3rd? Just sometimes? I had a 3rd gear grind every now and then and after changing to non-oem fluid and a dg short shifter, I never had a problem moving...

Try putting the MBC in parallel with the N75 to cap boost. Might want to run some logs...might be overshooting requested boost on that stage 1 sw with just the MBC.
These are really questions for the shop doing the work. But yes, typically those are all replaced during the job.
