Have you done any maitenance to the car yet ?
( plugs, wires , distributor cap, rotor , timing belt)
Does your heater core have the coolant hoses hooked up?
Does your cars temprature guage...
Try unplugging the hatch switch then test the alarm ,
Then do the same for your hood switch.
Is your dome light working properly if not it's one of your door pin switches .
Don't forget cleaning the MAF sensor , only use cleaning solution made for cleaning a MAF and follow the directions on the can.

If you're trying to run BMW wheels make sure you're calculating the offset and adapter spacing correctly. If you get it wrong you'll end up with mexipoke.

Your car is doing exactly what it would do if you have a dead battery just because a voltmeter reads 12.4 when nothing is on...
If coolant is getting past the cap at normal operating temp it's either a bad cap won't hold under normal amount of pressure or a blown head gasket to much pressure at normal operating temprature .
Is the car running ok?
How's your ignition system are you up to date on maitenance ?
How old are the Distributor cap, and rotor?
How old are your spark plugs and what plugs are you running? ...
